Partner Program FAQ

Commissions are paid monthly on recurring subscription revenue from clients you refer. Rates range from 15% (Reseller) to 30% (Gold Partner). Commissions are paid for the lifetime of the customer, not just the first year.

There is no minimum revenue requirement to start as a Reseller. For Certified Partner status, you need to close at least 3 active accounts. Gold Partner requires 10+ active accounts and a demonstrated implementation capability.

The Reseller tier is completely free. Certified and Gold Partner tiers may include a nominal annual certification fee that covers training, materials, and dedicated support resources.

Our partner team reviews applications within 2 business days. Once approved, you'll receive portal access and onboarding materials immediately. Certification training is available on-demand and takes 4-8 hours to complete.

Yes, UltimatePOS is available globally. We currently have active partners in 40+ countries. Some regions have exclusive partner agreements already in place — our team will confirm availability for your market during the application review.
